I agree with the opinions by 197317. I think that it is the time for our navy to go to the blue ocean.
Although Amercia is powerful so that it can control the earth anyway, but we should apperceive that the trend is Amercia must go down the Valley and China must be up to the Peak in the future 30 years. So we must go out and collect the experiences of sailing on the blue ocean.
